James Bertolino’s ninth volume of poems, Pocket Animals, was published in 2002 by Egress Studio Press. His work has recently been on NPR’s “Theme & Variations: Music and World Literature” and in the feature-length documentary film, “Poetry in Wartime.” He teaches creative writing at Western Washington University.
